It is generally accepted that you will benefit from a minimum of six sessions to start, but it is also perfectly acceptable to have just one session to begin with.
Sessions take place at the Royston Complementary Health Centre in Royston, Hertfordshire.
Please note that there are stairs to access the treatment room. If you have any concerns about accessibility, please get in touch and I'll do my best to help.
